Media Organization (with address and phone number)
Planned Attendance Dates
Planned Interviews and Topics (If known)
Number in Party and Role (Example: Producer, Camera, Sound, Etc.)
NOTE: Each media member must register for the conference. All media must bring press credentials and government issued photo identification.
Registration Deadline: Members of the media may register to attend the conference until the close of business March 25, 2006.
