Inga Kamp

Inga Kamp is currently an Associate Astronomer for the European Space Agency at the Space Telescope Science Institute in Baltimore, Md. She received her Ph.D. and did her first postdoc at Kiel University and worked at Leiden Observatory in Holland. She studies the chemistry of protoplanetary disks and her current research includes: testing of different PDR codes, observations of the solar chromosphere, and testing the star-ISM model for abundances of Lambda Bootis stars. In addition, she is working on modeling the dust phase beyond the avoidance radii and interpreting the currently available Spitzer data.
