For Students

• Participants must be enrolled in a degree program at the time of abstract submission (selected students will be asked to sign a statement of eligibility)
• The award is intended primarily for students at the graduate level, however, individuals at the undergraduate level are also eligible to compete.
• Postdoctoral students are NOT eligible
• Eligibility is open to both U.S. citizens and Non-U.S. citizens

• Only one abstract per student will be considered for an award
• The student must be the senior author of the abstract and the major contributor to the material presented, and the person presenting the poster
• The majority of the material should not have been previously presented at another meeting

• Originality of the research
• Quality of the execution
• Impact to the field
• Organization and clarity of presentation

• Carry your poster to the conference since there are no shipping or receiving services available for this event
• Poster size should be approximately 48" H x 36" W. To display your poster, we will provide a sheet of foam core and pushpins
• Further instructions will be provided in this space as we get closer to the conference
